Conference dates are Monday, December 8 – Tuesday, December 9, 2025. The conference will begin on Monday at 8:00 a.m. EST and continue to 4:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday.

What type of businesses attend the P3 Government Conference?

Can I obtain CLE (for lawyers) or CE (for professional engineers) credit for attending the conference.
While the sponsoring organization of the P3 Government Conference, P3C, is not a direct provider of continuing education and CLE credits; our program is designed to meet criteria set forth by many professional societies, trade associations, and state licensing boards for continuing education requirements. Attendees are responsible for self-reporting their participation, however we cannot guarantee that all boards will accept our sessions. Most issuers will request a copy of our program and a certificate of attendance which we can provide after the event.

Is there a discount for public agencies, goverment or non-profit entities?
Yes. The registration rate is substantially lower than the private sector. Click here for a review of registration options.
Do you have a guest fee?
If you wish to bring your spouse to the conference, they would be entitled to receive the same rate you were entitled. We do not have lower or special guest or spouse rates.
Do you have multiple registrations discounts?
Registration must be handled individually.
How do I modify a registration?
Registrations are transferable with written notice. Please email request to klui@accessintel.com
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing, non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. No refunds will be granted for cancellations. Any cancellations made prior to November 24, 2025 can be transferred to next year’s event. Substitutions can be made up to December 8, 2025. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients.
