Connecting and Learning
This year's event is dedicated to Covid response and recovery. If there's one common issue that we're all considering is how campus planners are adjusting and preparing for the new normal, how long that will last, and how projects are able to move forward today.
Virtual Program Preview

We examine infrastructure challenges faced by public agencies nationwide; and how new approaches to procurement, risk, planning, and asset management are helping communities deliver critical projects.
Our program looks at how P3s are being used to address deferred O&M, improve the pace and cost of infrastructure delivery, bring public property into good repair, and economically deliver projects of all sizes.
This year we feature active and upcoming P3s with local, state, and Federal agency offices across the country. Through discussions with agency leaders, owners, and P3 experts we explore the role of P3's and best practices for successful partnerships.
